Security Officer – 5 STAR LUXURY HOTEL
Location: Central London. Nearest tube stations: Bayswater, Paddington.
Rate: £16.34 per hour (circa £35,686) plus overtime opportunities
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off. 4 DAYS (0700-1900, 4 OFF, 4 NIGHTS (1900-0700) 4 OFF.

Do you have 5 STAR customer service skills? Would you like to work in the security team at a high-profile London location comprising a luxury hotel and high-end apartments?

Applicants must hold a SIA license. We are keen to hear from you if you have worked in 5/4-STAR Hotels or luxury residential developments.

Essential criteria:

• SIA License holder
• Prior experience working in luxury hospitality or similar is essential. We are keen to hear from you if you have worked in 5 or 4 STAR Hotels or luxury residential developments.
• Strong customer service skills
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Happy working a mix of days, nights and weekends on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
• Happy undertaking front of house duties which will involve standing for a portion of your shift.

Duties to include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
• Manage access control to the site
• Front of house duties
• Issuing passes to visitors and staff members
• Internal and external patrols
• Operation of CCTV and access control systems
• Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
• Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
• Respond to emergency situations
• Work as part of a customer focused team
