Concierge / Welcome Host – 5 STAR LUXURY HOTEL
Location: Central London. Nearest tube stations: Bayswater, Paddington.
Rate: £17.31 per hour (circa £37821) plus overtime opportunities
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off. 4 DAYS (0700-1900, 4 OFF, 4 NIGHTS (1900-0700) 4 OFF.

Do you have exceptional customer service skills? Have you worked in a 5 STAR Hotel environment?

Applicants must hold a SIA license and have experience working in a 5 STAR Hotel or luxury residential environment. You should have exceptional customer service skills. You will play an integral part in providing a first class customer service experience to visitors and guests.

Essential criteria:

• SIA License holder
• Prior experience working in luxury hospitality or similar is essential. We are keen to hear from you if you have worked in 5 or 4 STAR Hotels or luxury residential developments.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Happy working a mix of days, nights and weekends on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
• Happy undertaking external patrols and standing for extended periods of time.

Duties to include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
• Provide a friendly and warm welcome to all guests and visitors
• Provide a VIP level of service to all guests
• Manage access control to the site
• Front of house duties
• Guide visitors through the hotel
• Work as part of a high performing team
• Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
• Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
• Respond to emergency situations
