Regional Sales Manager (CCTV Manufacturer)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + commission plan

Location: Remote – applicants should be based in/near the Midlands region.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record of B2B sales success within the UK security systems market working for a CCTV manufacturer
  • An established network of relationships with security systems integrators
  • A consultative approach to sales with the ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Strong knowledge of video surveillance technologies and systems integration
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and grow key relationships with systems integrators, installers, and channel partners
  • Drive demand generation and solution sales to end users in your region
  • Implement targeted sales strategies to increase market penetration across key verticals
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex solutions
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue targets
  • Conduct regular client meetings to uncover challenges, opportunities, and future growth areas
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements
  • Provide valuable market insight to help shape future product and sales strategies
