Operations Director

Salary: £negotiable but typical salary range £80,000 – £100,000 + significant bonus potential

A leading real estate and investment group have ambitious plans to launch a security guarding business in the UK market. This is a tremendous opportunity to lead the creation and development of a new security provider.

You will be a senior level professional with experience in the UK security guarding sector. They are building a business from the ground up and are looking for far more than a traditional, Operations Director. They need an entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and forward-thinking senior operator. You must be energized by the challenge of building an operation from scratch, rather than simply managing an inherited one.

As a key member of the founding leadership team, you will design the operational infrastructure, shape the company culture and core processes. Simultaneously, you will lead the mobilisation and delivery of their initial contracts.

The role:

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the trusted senior point of contact for clients and key partners.

• Commercial Leadership: Drive contract profitability, optimize performance, and align operations with revenue growth.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and establish a high-performing operational team.
