Salary: £95,000 + discretionary bonus, extensive benefits package

Are you a senior security professional with a proven track record of leading the delivery and deployment of large-scale security systems and technology programmes?
This is an exceptional opportunity to join the senior leadership team in an award-winning security function. You will help to shape the long-term security strategy by assessing, selecting and implementing new technology and security products. You will lead projects and take ownership for the delivery of security systems (CCTV, Access Control, HMV, alarm systems etc) across the business.

In particular, if you have led the delivery of security technology in the following environments, we are keen to hear from you: Airports, shopping centres, critical national infrastructure, multi-site mixed use real estate or large-scale construction projects.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- You should have strong experience managing and delivering the deployment of complex security systems across high-profile environments. In particular, if you have led the delivery of security technology in the following environments or similar: Airports, shopping centres, critical national infrastructure, multi-site mixed use real estate or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven track record of collaborative working with multiple partners, vendors and service providers
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems (CCTV, Access Control etc)
- Experience leading multifaceted security systems/technology projects
- Knowledge or experience with C-CURE Access Control and/or Genetec security systems (CCTV etc) would be an advantage.
- Strong strategic and tactical planning skills
- Strong leadership skills
Responsibilities will include:
- Leadership of the security systems & technology function for the business. Taking ownership of business wide security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Radio systems and body-worn cameras.
- People management of a skilled security systems team
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the long-term security technology strategy for the business
- Take the lead on projects relating to the introduction of new security systems and technologies
- Lead the Security systems workstream for key cross-business projects, ensuring that large projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Work closely and collaborate with technology and security systems service providers
- Undertake regular reviews of installers and vendors
- Lead the tendering of new technology solutions and services
- Assess and evaluate current security systems and products
- Oversee the install of new systems
- Understand the security landscape and assess changing security threats.
- Management of 3rd party service providers including regular performance review and KPI meetings
- Conduct risk assessments to assess and mitigate security threats
- Budget management
