Residential Security Officer (RST)
Location: Ascot, Berkshire
Rate of pay: circa £39k + overtime opportunities

Shift Pattern: You will work a mixture of days, nights and weekends (12-hour shifts)

Permanent / Full time. Self-employment is not offered.

This role presents a great opportunity to join a professional residential security team near Ascot, Berkshire. If you have first class customer service skills with prior security experience this could the role for you.

Applicants should hold a SIA license and have their own transport in order to reach the site.

Essential criteria:

• SIA license holder
• Have your own transport (unless you live close to the area and can reliably commute)
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Happy working a mix of days, nights and weekends on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
• You must have strong prior security experience. Ideally your background will include service in the military/emergency services or experience working in a similar RST or Executive Protection role. We are also open to candidates with strong corporate/commercial security experience.

Duties to include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
• Manage access control to the site
• Front of house duties
• Issuing passes to visitors and staff members
• Internal and external patrols
• Operation of CCTV and access control systems
• Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
• Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
• Respond to emergency situations
• Work as part of a customer focused team
